My Experience at Noble Jackals Tattoo in Austin, TX
6800 West Gate Blvd #133 Austin, TX 78745

Section 1: Whitney Lockner, also known as Whitney Creep, was the tattoo artist who performed my work. During my experience, I was subjected to bullying by her and her former business partner, Jordan Schwartz (Jordan Jackal) & Aaron Yuhas.
**To clarify, Aaron Yuhas was aware of the situation but did not personally participate in the bullying.
Details of My Experience:Tattoos were placed in areas I felt were sexualized without my consent (see photos).I was left with scarring following the tattoo work (see photos). There were multiple small mistakes in the tattoo work (see photos).During one of my sessions, individuals I understood to be friends of Jordan entered the studio and gathered around to look at my tattoos. After I left that evening, I later learned that they had laughed and made fun of me.During my time there, I often heard Whitney speak negatively about clients while I was present, but much of it seemed directed toward me. One incident stood out in particular. As I walked in, I overheard Aaron saying that if someone were to sue them over a tattoo, it would be difficult to prove that anything had been intentionally done to the work. After he said this, Whitney looked directly at me and glared, making it clear that she wanted me to hear the conversation. Aaron appeared uncomfortable and quickly looked away.On one occasion, I placed a camera on my handbag. The footage appeared to show Whitney and Jordan placing something in my coffee while I was in the restroom. Later that evening, I felt sick. (Hey Jordan, "I added more sugar.") For legal reasons, I won't show the footage publicly. At one point, I made the comment that “dogs are easier to care for than cats.” Whitney and Aaron told me I needed to watch what I said or Whitney might do something negative to my tattoo.Whitney ran the tattoo needle over already raw areas after the tattoo work had been completed.I specifically asked Whitney not to place a tattoo over my shoulder due to employment concerns. Despite this request, a tattoo was placed there anyway, and she laughed about it.On one occasion, she arrived at my tattoo session hungover. She informed me of this hangover. In addition, she frequently spoke negatively about me to clients before my appointments. As a result, some of those clients would behave rudely toward me or would be encouraged to show me their tattoos in comparison to mine.
I know this occurred because during one appointment, a client of Whitney’s showed me a butterfly tattoo Whitney had just completed. The work was well executed. Afterward, the two of them stepped outside and laughed together about the situation, believing I could not hear them.
In reference to Photos 1 and 1a: I experienced sexual harassment from an individual at my local grocery store, which is part of a major grocery chain. Human Resources contacted me regarding the incidents, and the individual involved was subsequently terminated. During the interactions, he specifically referenced this tattoo.

Section 2: Why didn’t I notice the issues with the tattoos sooner? There are several reasons. First, when a tattoo is fresh the skin is often swollen, irritated, and sometimes oozing. As it heals, the skin peels over several weeks. During that healing process, it can be difficult to see fine details clearly, and some issues only become noticeable after the tattoo has fully settled.Another important factor is my eyesight. I had LASIK surgery when I was 22, but as is common over time, my vision has gradually declined again. I informed Whitney that my eyesight was not the best, which made it harder for me to closely inspect the work. I asked Whitney if she could help be my eyes. In retrospect, it was after that point that the quality of the tattoo work began to decline.Additionally, I was in the process of preparing for an overseas move at the time. Anyone who has relocated internationally knows how stressful and consuming that process can be. With so many things happening at once, it was difficult to focus on or notice potential problems with the tattoos right away.

Section 3: I recently uploaded my review describing my experience to Yelp at Whitney’s current place of employment. I understand that the owner of the tattoo shop may have been upset, as a negative review could potentially affect his business and reputation (Yelp review was removed). In response to my review, the owner wrote the following:
“This person has been stalking my co-worker on various platforms for a while. A report has been filed with the police…”
This statement reflects Whitney’s narrative, which I strongly dispute. The claim that I have been stalking anyone is false and completely fabricated. For context, I have personally dealt with an actual stalking situation involving an individual in Texas. Because of that experience, I take accusations of stalking very seriously. I also believe it is important to note that publicly labeling someone a “stalker” on a platform like Yelp, without evidence, can be a SERIOUS accusation and DEFAMATION. It is also important to clarify that I have never contacted Whitney, Jordan, or Aaron directly through email, phone, or by attempting to visit them at their homes or business. Direct contact of that nature would be far more typical behavior in a stalking situation. Whitney has repeatedly misrepresented my character in an attempt to mask her own mistakes and shortcomings.
*My goal is not to harass anyone involved. In fact, I want nothing further to do with these individuals. I believe Whitney and Jordan do not act with integrity, and I choose not to involve myself with people whose conduct I question.
My goal is straightforward: to publicly document my experience and what occurred, or to resolve the situation through a reasonable refund. If neither happens, it leaves the impression that what took place was acceptable, and it was not!
I also believe it is important to speak about situations like this so they do not happen to someone else in the future. If nothing is addressed, it creates the possibility that another customer could experience the same treatment.
**She did tell me at one point that she had altered another person’s tattoo before, but I will leave it at that.
**At any point, Whitney could have chosen a different path. If she had been uncomfortable with my opinions or the way I spoke, she could have simply declined to continue the work and informed me that she would no longer provide service. That never happened! Instead, she continued the process and made her own choices along the way.
In my observations, when Whitney’s perspective is challenged, she will shift the narrative in a way that casts others in a negative light. She will then persuade others to believe the same narrative. A small example that stood out to me happened during one of the tattoo sessions. Whitney had a photo of herself and her sister displayed in front of a window. When sitting in the tattoo chair, you face that window. It was a bright, sunny day, and while she was working, I happened to be looking out the window. I was watching a bee buzzing (what looked like a bee anyway) around the flowers outside. Whitney noticed that I was looking in that direction. She looked at me, then glanced at the photo, and quickly turned away in a way that made her appear uncomfortable. At the time I thought the reaction was strange and wondered what had made her feel that way, but I brushed it off and didn’t think much more about it. At my next tattoo session, I noticed that the photo had been removed from the window. At that point the earlier interaction made more sense to me. Internally, I rolled my eyes and chose to ignore it.Section 4: During one tattoo session, I asked Whitney to design a tattoo that would cover a blue vein on my arm. This seemed to bother her. She told me that she also had a vein on her forehead and that she would never cover her vein. The tone of the conversation felt defensive and dismissive.
At that point, Aaron spoke up and said, “It’s your body—you can do what you want with it.” After he said that, Whitney became quiet and appeared annoyed. She proceeded to cover the vein as requested, but while doing so she repeatedly grunted as if the task itself was frustrating or uncomfortable for her.
Section 5: What surprised me most about this entire situation was how many people appeared to be aware of what was happening. From beginning to end, I counted roughly twelve individuals who witnessed the bullying behavior. Yet no one spoke up to say something as simple as, “Maybe this isn’t a good idea,” or questioned whether the situation could negatively affect their business.Instead, the reactions I observed were laughter, silence, or participation. Even now, ALL individuals deny that anything occurred—despite the documentation I have—while others continue to ignore the situation altogether. No one has acknowledged that harm was done to someone who was simply speaking, sharing opinions, and having a normal conversation. I interacted with Whitney the same way I would with a long-time hair stylist. I come from a different culture, such as they do...

I think this will be my last entry —and I believe this one is significant—one afternoon I received a text from Whitney. The message included a photo of her car with one of the side doors badly damaged. Her text simply read, “See, I’m cursed.”I found it strange that she sent this to me, but I replied with “That sucks. Let me know if I can help.” I never received a response. At the time, I thought it was odd but didn’t give it much more thought and moved on.Later, I learned that Whitney and Jordan were apparently trying to suggest that I was responsible for the hit-and-run damage to Whitney’s car. I want to be absolutely clear: I never hit her car with my vehicle. The idea never even crossed my mind. I would never risk damaging my own luxury vehicle, my livelihood, or my reputation to harm someone else’s property. NEVER!What I also find confusing is that there appeared to be no effort to review camera footage. If cameras were not available at their location, it seems reasonable that they could have requested footage from the neighboring building. To my knowledge, that was never pursued. In my opinion, Whitney, and Jordan may not fully understand the seriousness of making accusations like this, or the potential liability it creates for everyone involved. Whitney once mentioned to me that Aaron often explains “things” to her because he believes she does not fully understand certain matters. I 100% believe this to be true from my interactions with Whitney. Her (and Jordans) frequent misunderstandings of others, along with a lack of knowledge in certain areas, create potential liability for both herself and the people around her.Section 6: At one point, I considered sharing every detail of what I experienced with them on this review website I created. I haven't posted the worst photos. However, I’ve since realized that it isn’t necessary. I’m not seeking a refund - I don’t want anything from these people. My opinion is simply that individuals who work with the public should be able to handle differences between people. Not everyone you encounter will be the same as you, but that does not make them a bad person—it simply means they are different. My goal is not to ruin anyone’s reputation. Ultimately, people are responsible for their own actions. What I do believe is reasonable, however, is accountability.I posted two reviews describing my experience—one on Google and one on Yelp—however both were removed from those platforms. Since that time, Whitney Lockner, also known as Whitney Creep, has moved to another tattoo studio in Austin, Texas. I attempted to resolve the situation by offering either a negotiated refund or the option for me to share my experience publicly. This attempt to resolve the matter was ignored.

I will not continue updating this review with additional details. I have decided to move forward and put this experience behind me. This review will remain posted until its expiration date, 2028.This content reflects my experience and is protected under applicable Anti-SLAPP statutes governing free speech on matters of public interest.**PS: The little red shoes didn't work - NEVER do this to another human being!!!
